1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the 83ph platform and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 83ph (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

The 83ph Service is operated under proper licensing and regulatory authorization. By creating an account with 83ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register for and use the 83ph Service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the legal gambling age in the Philippines;
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or located within Philippine territory when accessing the Service;
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under applicable Philippine law;
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or prohibited from gambling by court order;
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

When creating an 83ph account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. 83ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification at any time.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

83ph accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other approved methods displayed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 Philippine Pesos unless otherwise specified. Deposits are processed instantly for most payment methods. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from legitimate sources. 83ph reserves the right to refuse deposits from certain payment sources or methods.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and processing times that vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) typically process within 15 minutes to 24 hours, while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos. 83ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000 or for accounts flagging unusual activity patterns.

Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility. Bonus funds and winnings from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

3.3 Fees and Currency

83ph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Currency conversion, if necessary, will be conducted at prevailing market rates, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the User.

4. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

4.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 83ph platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 83ph, the player, or any third party. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information screens and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automated betting systems, robots, or artificial intelligence to place wagers;
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the 83ph platform;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Service for illegal financial activities;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code of the platform;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to other persons.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. 83ph employs sophisticated detection systems to identify and prevent such activities.

4.3 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

83ph reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing justification. All bets are considered accepted only when confirmed by the 83ph system and reflected in your account history. In the event of technical errors, disconnections, or system malfunctions that affect game outcomes, 83ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stake amounts. Decisions regarding bet settlement disputes are final and binding.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

83ph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance player experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are clearly stated with each promotional offer and form part of this Agreement.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited. 83ph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited if terms are violated or if accounts are closed before wagering requirements are met.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Only real money balance can be withdrawn freely. 83ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

83ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting players from gambling-related harm. We provide tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who feel they may be developing gambling problems are encouraged to utilize these tools and seek assistance from professional resources. 83ph supports responsible gaming organizations and can provide information about counseling services available in the Philippines.

Self-excluded players who attempt to create new accounts or circumvent exclusion measures will have all accounts permanently closed and funds forfeited. Responsible gaming is a shared responsibility between 83ph and our players.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

83ph collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security given the inherent risks of internet transmission.

83ph may share your information with third-party service providers necessary for platform operation, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We will never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 83ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of 83ph or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of 83ph content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The 83ph name, logo, and all related trademarks are proprietary to the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 83ph and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities.

83ph is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, unauthorized access to accounts, or actions of third parties. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 83ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

In no event shall 83ph's total aggregate liability exceed the amount deposited by the User into their account during the six months preceding the claim.

10. Account Closure and Termination

83ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or behavior deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player, subject to verification and after deduction of any amounts owed to 83ph. Bonus funds and unredeemed promotions will be forfeited.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 83ph customer support. Withdrawal of any remaining balance is subject to standard verification and processing procedures.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or use of the 83ph Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between the User and 83ph customer support. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for resolution of any legal disputes. 83ph decisions regarding account management, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility are final and binding unless proven to be manifestly incorrect.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 83ph's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 83ph regarding use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. No amendment to these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless made in writing and posted to the 83ph website.

These Terms and Conditions are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
